Exploration and Prevention of the Danger of Formaldehyde Production Process
Formaldehyde,as an important chemical raw material,involves high temperature,high pressure and flammable and explosive substances in the production process.Therefore,its production process has a relatively high safety risk.Therefore,it is extremely important to conduct in-depth research on the safety of its production process.This article first analyzes the main hazard sources in the formaldehyde production process,such as the risk points in links such as fire and explosion,container explosion,poisoning and suffocation,and then combines these hazard sources and proposes a series of preventive measures,including strengthening equipment safety management,optimizing the production process,and improving employees'safety awareness,aiming to reduce the safety risks in the production process.
