Research Progress on the Preparation of Solid-Phase Microextraction Fibers and Their Application in Pollutant Residue Detection
As a simple and efficient pretreatment technology, solid phase microextraction(SPME)has been widely used to detect residual contaminants in complex substrates, such as food, environmental water samples, and biological fluids. To further improve the purification efficiency and reduce the usage cost,a large number of studies have reported the preparation process of coated fibers and the selection of materials. This paper mainly introduces the preparation method, materials, and applications of SPME-coated fiber, and describes the adsorption principle of different materials for different analytes, especially the SPME analysis procedures of volatile and thermal unstable analytes. The problems and future development trend of SPME are summarized, which provides theoretical basis for the subsequent development of SPME technology.
