Research Advances in SERS Technology for Assessing Bacterial Drug Resistance
The problem of bacterial drug resistance has attracted global attention.Surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)technology has attracted much attention in evaluating bacterial drug resistance applications due to its advantages of high sensitivity and fast detection speed. This article first summarizes the SERS substrates and detection methods related to the evaluation of bacterial resistance. Then,it summarizes the application of SERS spectroscopy technology in the identification of resistant and sensitive bacteria, analysis and evaluation of bacterial biofilm formation, and screening of antimicrobial susceptibility. Finally, some bottleneck issues of SERS technology in bacterial detection are discussed. It is hoped that this review will provide methodological guidance and ideas for the application of SERS technology in the evaluation of bacterial resistance.
