半花菁硫代碳酸酯衍生物的合成及其对Hg2+的识别

由于汞离子(Hg2+)的毒性且容易对环境和人体造成损害,因此,对其检测越来越受到人们的重视。本文基于4-(N,N-二乙氨基)水杨醛,设计合成了一种红光发射的荧光探针HEC,该探针在DMF/HEPES(体积比2∶8,pH 7。4)缓冲溶液中可高选择性地识别Hg2+,发射波长为600nm,pH适用范围为6~9,检测限为4。68μmol/L。应用研究表明,探针HEC能对实际水样中Hg2+进行检测,在环境检测领域具有潜在的应用前景。
Synthesis of Hemicyanine-thiocarbonate Derivative and Its Recognition Performance for Hg2+
Because of the toxicity of mercury ions(Hg2+)and their susceptibility to damage to the environment and human body,people pay more and more attention to its detection.In this paper,a red light emitting fluorescent probe HEC was designed and synthesized based on 4-(N,N-diethylamino)salicylaldehyde.Probe HEC with a red light emission wavelength of 600nm can recognize Hg2+with a detection limit of 4.68 μmol/L in DMF/HEPES(2/8,pH=7.4)buffer solution,within the pH range of 6~9.The application research shows that HEC can detect Hg2+in actual water samples,which has a potential application prospect in the field of environmental detection.
