Synthesis of Hemicyanine-thiocarbonate Derivative and Its Recognition Performance for Hg2+
Because of the toxicity of mercury ions(Hg2+)and their susceptibility to damage to the environment and human body, people pay more and more attention to its detection. In this paper,a red light emitting fluorescent probe HEC was designed and synthesized based on 4-(N,N-diethylamino)salicylaldehyde.Probe HEC with a red light emission wavelength of 600nm can recognize Hg2+with a detection limit of 4.68 μmol/L in DMF/HEPES(2/8,pH=7.4)buffer solution, within the pH range of 6~9.The application research shows that HEC can detect Hg2+in actual water samples, which has a potential application prospect in the field of environmental detection.
