热电材料的制备及在火灾预警领域的研究进展

火灾频发危及人类的生命安全并带来了巨大经济和生态损失。然而,目前广泛使用的气体/烟雾火灾警报器需要外接电源,且主要应用于封闭的室内环境。近年来研发的热敏电阻、热致变色和热致形变/相变转换等火灾预警材料也需要外接电源,带来一定的电气安全隐患。与此相比,热电材料能够实现热能与电能的直接相互转换,在热量收集、智能传感、制冷等领域有着广泛的应用前景。基于热电材料的火灾预警系统的研究尚处于早期阶段,但逐渐受到人们的关注。本文概述了热电火灾预警的研究现状,首先介绍了热电材料与各类型热电火灾预警的机制和特点,随后介绍了热电材料的制备及其热电器件的组装,接着论述了热电材料在火灾预警领域的研究进展,最后展望了其未来发展趋势。
Preparation and Research Progress of Thermoelectric Materials in the Field of Fire Warning
Frequent fires have brought enormous losses to human life,the economy,and ecology.However,the widespread use of gas/smoke fire alarms requires an external power supply and mainly used in enclosed indoor environments.In recent years,the development of materials such as thermal resistor,thermochromics,and phase/shape transition materials also require external power sources,which will certainly bring electrical safety hazards.Thermoelectric materials can directly achieve the conversion of heat and electricity,and have broad application prospects in the fields of energy harvest,sensing,and industrial refrigeration.Research on fire warning systems based on thermoelectric materials is still in its early stages,but is receiving great attention.This article provides an overview of the current research status of thermoelectric fire warning.Firstly,the mechanisms and characteristics of thermoelectric materials and various types of thermoelectric fire warning are introduced,followed by the preparation and assembly of thermoelectric materials.Then,the research and application progress of thermoelectric materials in the field of fire warning are presented.Finally,the future development trends are discussed.
