摘要

三磷酸腺苷(ATP)是生物体的基本能量来源,参与能量传递、细胞代谢、酶催化和细胞信号传导等多种重要的生理活动.目前许多研究已经发现ATP含量变化与心血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、帕金森、阿尔茨海默症和抑郁症等多种严重疾病的发生密切相关.因此迫切需要发展高灵敏度和高选择性的生物传感平台来检测ATP.本文简要介绍了 ATP的基本概念、生理意义以及传统检测方法,重点阐述了各类用于ATP检测的生物传感平台,包括光学传感平台、电学传感平台、光电化学传感平台等,并且讨论了该领域目前面临的挑战和未来的发展前景.

Abstract

Adenosine triphosphate(ATP)is the basic energy source of organisms,and is involved in many important physiological activities such as energy transfer,cell metabolism,enzyme catalysis and cell signal transduction.At present,many studies have found that changes in ATP content are closely related to the occurrence of many serious diseases such as cardiovascular diseases,malignant tumors,Parkinson's disease,Alzheimer's disease,and depression.Therefore,there is an urgent need to develop the biosensing platform with high sensitivity and selectivity to detect ATP.This review briefly introduces the basic concept,physiological significance and traditional methods for detecting ATP,focuses on various biosensing platforms for ATP detection,including optical sensing platform,electrical sensing platform,photoelectrochemical sensing platform,etc.,and discusses its current challenges and future development prospects.
