Detection of Kanamycin by Aptasensor using Commercial Pregnancy Test Strip
Kanamycin was detected using commercial pregnancy test strips combined with CRISPR/Cas12a system.First,three-dimensional DNA hydrogels containing human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)were constructed. Then, specific binding of kanamycin to the aptamer released cDNA,which led to the activation of Cas12a.The activated Cas12a-crRNA cleaved the DNA hydrogel, leading to the release of HCG.Finally, the released HCG could be visually detected using commercial pregnancy test strips, and quantitative detection could also be achieved by combining smart phones and Image J software.
