摘要
以二甘醇、蔗糖、改性植物油为原料,以4种不同类型的胺为催化剂,以环氧丙烷为聚醚多元醇的聚合单体,在90~160 ℃下采用小试高压反应釜进行聚醚多元醇合成.主要探究了催化剂用量对聚醚多元醇合成反应时间、收率等的影响,以及不同催化剂合成的聚醚多元醇在分子量及其分布、碱性物质含量上的差异,同时也对不同反应温度区间下聚醚多元醇的反应时间进行了分析.
Abstract
The polyether polyol synthesis was carried out at 90~160 ℃ using diethylene glycol,sucrose and modified vegetable oil as raw materials,four different types of amines as catalysts,and propylene oxide as the polymerization monomer of polyether polyol by using a small-scale high-pressure autoclave.The influence of catalyst amount on the reaction time,yield,etc.of polyether polyol synthesis,as well as the differences in molecular weight and its distribution,alkali content of polyether polyols synthesized with different catalysts were mainly investigated.Meanwhile,the reaction time of polyether polyols at different reaction temperature ranges was also analyzed.
