摘要
通过监测环氧体系固化反应速率、反应放热量、玻璃化转变温度,系统研究了促进剂比例对环氧体系固化反应的影响,提出了快速固化树脂配方开发及评价方法,为高压开关绝缘子成型效率提升提供参考.
Abstract
By monitoring the curing reaction rate,reaction heat release value,and glass transition temperature of epoxy system,the influence of promoter ratio on the curing reaction of epoxy system was systematically investigated.A method for developing and evaluating the rapid curing resin formulation was proposed to provide reference for the improvement of molding efficiency of high-voltage switch insulator.
