片状药剂自动称量装置的应用与研究

摘要
通过对片状药剂自动称量装置的粗加药与精加药的工作原理介绍,对粗加药与精加药的药量占比进行实验优化,得出最佳精加药占比,并对自动称量实验效果进行验证.结果表明,该装置称量精度高、速度快,满足发生器片状药剂的自动称量要求.
Abstract
By introducing the working principle of crude dosing and accurate dosing of tablet automatic weighing device,the proportion of crude dosing and accurate dosing was experimentally optimized.The optimal proportion of accurate dosing was obtained,and the experimental effect of automatic weighing was verified.The results show that this device has high weighing accuracy and speed,and meets the requirements of automatic weighing for tablet in the generator.
