摘要

针对过氧化氢装置污水处理系统运行过程中出现的污水分析数据不达标、指标波动大、絮凝沉淀分层效果不佳等现象,从氧化残液量大、隔油池内有机物多、Fenton氧化池投加药剂比例不合适等几方面进行了分析,并提出优化措施,保证污水处理系统的正常运行.对目前国内蒽醌法制过氧化氢污水处理工艺的改进情况进行了总结.

Abstract

In view of the phenomenon including substandard sewage analysis data,great fluctuation of indexes,and poor flocculation and precipitation stratification effect,etc.occurred during the operation of the sewage treatment system of hydrogen peroxide plant,the analysis was performed from several aspects such as large amount of oxidized residual liquid,large amount of organic substances in the oil separation tank,and inappropriate ratio of chemical reagents added to Fenton oxidation tank,etc.,and the optimization measures were proposed to ensure the normal operation of the sewage treatment system.The improvements to the current domestic sewage treatment process for preparing hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone process were summarized.
