微波萃取-离子色谱法测定TSP中常见阴离子的方法研究

摘要
利用离子色谱结合微波萃取技术建立了总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)中常见无机阴离子(F-、Cl-、NO3-、SO42-)的快速分析检测方法.实验结果表明:当大气采样体积为60 m3,样品制备体积为20 mL时,方法检出限为0.033~0.067 μg/m3,相对标准偏差在2.7%~5.2%,加标回收率在98.8%~102.2%.该检测方法应用范围宽,重现性好,易于操作,快速准确.
Abstract
A rapid analytical method for the determination of common inorganic anions(F-,Cl-,NO3-,SO42-)in total suspended particulates(TSP)was established using ion chromatogram combined with microwave extraction technique.The experimental results showed that when the atmospheric sampling volume was 60 m3 and the sample preparation volume was 20 mL,the detection limit of the method was 0.033~0.067 μg/m3,the relative standard deviation was 2.7%~5.2%,and the standard recovery rate was 98.8%~102.2%.This determinationmethod has a wide application range,good reproducibility and easy operation,which is fast and accurate.
