负压强指数复合固体推进剂的研究进展

概述了负压强指数推进剂的优点及国内外研究情况,指出负压强指数推进剂并不是在全压强段都具有负的压强指数,而是仅在某一个压强区间产生负压强指数.归纳了负压强指数推进剂的配方体系,聚氨酯体系推进剂和聚丁二烯体系推进剂在适当的添加剂的作用下均可产生负压强指数,产生负压强指数的决定性因素,不仅取决于黏合剂种类,也取决于黏合剂+添加剂的组合.基于易熔黏合剂的复合固体推进剂出现平台燃烧及负压强指数现象的机理是,AP在不同覆盖情况下有被催化的凝相反应和反向汽化的推进剂的非常规燃烧.总结了负压强指数性能的调节途径,提出了开展聚氨酯体系推进剂负压强指数性能拓展研究、高能推进剂及丁羟推进剂体系负压强指数化研究,以及负压强指数机理研究的建议.
Research progress of composite solid propellant with negative pressure exponent
The advantages and research status at home and abroad of negative pressure exponent propellants are summarized.It is pointed out that negative pressure exponent propellants do not have negative pressure exponents throughout the entire pressure range,but only generate negative pressure exponents within a certain pressure range.The formulation systems of negative pressure exponent propellants are summarized.Both polyurethane system propellants and polybutadiene system propellants can generate negative pressure exponent under the action of appropriate additives.The critical factors for generating negative pressure exponent depend not only on the type of binder,but also on the combination of binder and additives.The mechanism of plateau combustion and negative pressure exponent phenomenon occurred in composite solid propellants based on fusible binders is that AP undergoes abnormal combustion of propellants with the catalytic condensation reactions and the reverse vaporization under different coverage conditions.The regulation pathways of negative pressure exponent performance are summarized.The suggestions for developing the expanding research on negative pressure exponent performance of polyurethane system propellants,the research on negative pressure exponent of high energy propellant and HTPB propellant systems,as well as the mechanistic research of negative pressure exponent are proposed.
