摘要

以丙烯腈、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯为聚合单体,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,2-(2-氰基丙基)二硫代苯甲酸酯(CPDB)为链转移剂,通过控制加料顺序,采用可逆加成-断裂链转移(RAFT)活性自由基聚合工艺,一锅法制备了一种嵌段型含氟中性聚合物键合剂(LBA-311键合剂).用核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、高效液相色谱(HPLC)、元素分析、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对所合成的中间产物及产品进行了结构表征与分析.结果表明,所合成的嵌段型含氟中性聚合物键合剂分子量和分子结构可控.与硝胺填料奥克托今(HMX)的界面作用研究表明LBA-311键合剂与HMX之间具有较好的浸润性和黏结强度.初步应用研究表明,LBA-311键合剂应用于叠氮高能固体推进剂配方中,使推进剂药柱常温拉伸强度和最大延伸率分别提高了 51.9%和57.3%,具有较好的应用前景.

Abstract

Using acrylonitrile,methyl methacrylate,hydroxyethyl acrylate,and hexafluorobutyl methacrylate as the polymerization monomers,azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as the initiator,and 2-(2-cyanopropyl)dithiobenzoate(CPDB)as the chain transfer agent,a block type fluorine-containing neutral polymeric bonding agent(LBA-311 bonding agent)was prepared by one-pot method through controlling the feeding sequence and using the reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT)active radical polymerization process.The structural characterization and analysis of the synthesized intermediates and products were carried out by nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum(1H-NMR),high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),elemental analysis and gel permeation chromatography(GPC).The results showed that the molecular weight and molecular structure of the synthesized block type fluorine-containing neutral polymeric bonding agent were controllable.Interfacial interaction studies with the nitramine filler octogen(HMX)showed that there was good wettability and bonding strength between LBA-311 bonding agent and HMX.Preliminary application studies showed that LBA-311 bonding agent applied in azide high energy solid propellant formulation increased the ambient temperature tensile strength and maximum elongation of propellant grains by 51.9%and 57.3%,respectively,which has good application prospects.
