高表面能聚氨酯树脂研究及应用

制备了高表面能的长玻纤增强聚氨酯树脂.研究了聚合物多元醇、交联剂、助剂等对聚氨酯树脂表面能的影响,合成了与环氧树脂表面能一致的聚氨酯树脂,并将玻纤复合的聚氨酯树脂与环氧树脂进行界面结合,探究复合树脂的剪切强度、拉伸强度、抗疲劳性能等.结果表明,通过调整配方组成可以合成与环氧树脂表面能一致的聚氨酯树脂,所得复合树脂的剪切强度高达67.6 MPa,拉伸强度1 760 MPa,实现了 1 000万次的抗疲劳性能测试.
Research and application of high surface energy polyurethane resin
Long glass fiber reinforced polyurethane resins with high surface energy were prepared.The influence of the polymer polyol,crosslinking agent,auxiliary,etc.on the surface energy of polyurethane resin was investigated.The polyurethane resin with surface energy consistent with that of epoxy resin was synthesized.The glass fiber composite polyurethane resin was interfacially bonded with the epoxy resin to investigate the shear strength,tensile strength,fatigue resistance,etc.of the composite resin.The results showed that the polyurethane resin consistent with the surface energy of the epoxy resin could be synthesized by adjusting the formulation composition.The shear strength of the obtained composite resin was as high as 67.6 MPa,the tensile strength was 1 760 MPa,and the fatigue resistance test of 10 million times was achieved.
