Study on ultra-low conductivity and fast curing combined polyethers and their performance
By experimental screening of polyether polyol,foam stabilizer and catalyst,fast curing and ultra-low thermal conductivity coefficient of the foam were achieved by using pentane/HFC-245fa/R600 foaming system,highly miscible polyether polyol R6001C collocating OTDA(ortho toluenediamine)polyether polyol R4400T,sorbitol-type polyether polyol R6048 and so on,selecting foaming stabilizers with good fluidity and foam surface,and matching with different catalyst systems.The pore structure and product surface defects were verified by Lanze mold and scanning electron microscope,and the mass fraction of R600 low boiling point blowing agent was determined to be in the range of 1.5%~2.0%.The preparation process of ultra-low conductivity fast curing combined polyether products using this foaming system is simple,safe and environment-friendly,and the prepared combined polyether system has good stability,fast foaming and molding speed,with a density of 28~29 kg/m3 and a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.018 3 W/(m·K)which realizes a dual enhancement of the production efficiency and economic benefits.
