摘要

聚氨酯材料一次浇注完成出模后仍然存在二次反应,这种现象对于聚氨酯生产、检测、应用等环节的判定有较大影响.针对聚氨酯微孔发泡弹性垫板产品,主要研究了聚氨酯发泡材料浇注成型后,改变二次反应温度和时间对产品尺寸和刚度的影响,考察产品尺寸和刚度随上述条件变化的规律,并总结出最佳二次反应条件.

Abstract

There is still a secondary reaction after the first pouring completely and demolding of the polyurethane material.This phenomenon has a significant effect on the judgment of polyurethane production,testing,application,etc.In view of the polyurethane microcellular foaming elastic pad products,the influence of varying the secondary reaction temperature and time on the size and stiffness of the products after pouring and molding of polyurethane foaming materials was mainly investigated.The variation rules of the size and stiffness of the products with the above conditions were investigated,and the optimal secondary reaction conditions were summarized.
