聚酯薄膜表面橘皮纹产生的原因及对策

针对BOPET(双向拉伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)聚酯薄膜生产加工过程中出现的表观弊病问题,分析了原材料开口剂、模头唇口开度、铸片区冷辊温度、薄膜挺度、检验前薄膜放置时间对薄膜表面橘皮纹的影响,指出通过适当提高硅母粒粒径、冷辊温度、薄膜挺度,减小模头唇口开度,减少薄膜存放时间等措施可以改善薄膜表面橘皮纹现象.
Causes and countermeasures of orange peel pattern on surface of polyester film
In view of the apparent defect problems occurred in the production and processing of BOPET(biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate)polyester film,the influence of raw material opening agent,die head lip opening degree,cold roller temperature in the casting area,film stiffness,film placing time before inspection on the orange peel pattern on the film surface was analyzed.It was pointed out that the orange peel pattern phenomenon on the film surface could be improved by appropriately increasing the particle size of the silicon masterbatch,the temperature of the cold roll,the stiffness of the film,reducing the opening degree of the die head lip,reducing the storage time of the film and so on.
