Study on synthesis of polyurethane elastomers with gradient hardness and their hydroacoustic performance
Polybutadiene grafts and polypropylene glycol were compounded into polyurethane prepolymers to synthesis the blocked polyurethane macromolecules with branched molecular topology characteristics and dynamic oxime-carbamate bond at high temperatures. The hardness of the elastomers was regulated by adjusting the curing ratio of the system, and it was verified that a series of synthesized elastic materials with hardness gradient had desirable process performance and aging resistance. The synthesized polyurethane elastomers were measured for hydroacoustic absorption performance, and the change rule of acoustic performance of the materials with hardness gradient was studied under different hydraulic pressures, which provided a reference for the design of polyurethane elastomer hydroacoustic materials.
