推进系统完全封闭管路内压力爬升速率的量化研究

摘要
为了量化评估推进系统完全封闭管路中的压力爬升速率,搭建了无水肼管路地面模拟试验系统,将试验结果与基于状态方程的理论方法和基于试验数据的经验方法进行了对比分析.结果表明,基于状态方程的理论方法能够准确表征不同温度下管路压力爬升速率的变化趋势,但在绝对值上与试验结果相差较大;基于试验数据的经验方法在压力爬升速率的绝对值上与地面试验结果较为接近,但不能反映不同温度下压力爬升速率变化趋势上的差异.通过修正基于状态方程的理论方法中的常数项,提出了一种半经验性的改进算法,更符合试验结果.改进算法的仿真结果表明,在10~40 ℃,完全封闭管路内无水肼的压力爬升速率为1.701~1.932 MPa/℃.
Abstract
In order to quantitatively evaluate the pressure climbout rate in the fully closed pipeline of the propulsion system,a ground simulation test system for anhydrous hydrazine pipeline was established.The test results were compared and analyzed with the theoretical methods based on the state equations and the empirical methods based on the test data.The results showed that the theoretical methods based on the state equations could accurately characterize the change trends of the pipeline pressure climbout rate under different temperatures,but there was a significant difference between the absolute values and the test results;the empirical methods based on the test data were closer to the ground test results in terms of the absolute values of the pressure climbout rate,but the difference of the changing trends of the pressure climbout rates under different temperatures could not be reflected.A semi-empirical improved algorithm was proposed by correcting the constant term in the theoretical method based on the state equations,which was more in line with the testing results.The simulating results of the improved algorithm showed that the pressure climbout rate of anhydrous hydrazine in the fully closed pipeline was 1.701~1.932 MPa/℃ at 10~40 ℃.
