摘要

通过对甲烷贮罐泄漏及爆炸风险进行分析计算,得到了泄漏速率、扩散速率、蒸发速率、爆炸热辐射值、伤害半径等.为试验台安全生产管理、事故应急救援预案制定提供科学的参考数据,以期减少甲烷推进剂在储存和使用过程中因操作和管理不慎而发生的泄漏甚至火灾.

Abstract

The leakage rate,diffusion rate,evaporation rate,explosion heat radiation value and injury radius,etc.were obtained by analyzing and calculating the leakage and explosion risk of methane storage tanks.The scientific reference data for the safe production management of the test bench and the formulation of emergency rescue plan for accidents were provided to reduce the leakage and even fire of methane propellant due to careless operation and management in the process of storage and use.
