一种金刚砂改性沥青预铺防水卷材的制备

制备出一种可预铺使用的改性沥青防水卷材.采用高强度聚酯胎为胎体,最大拉力≥20N/mm,延伸率≥50%;双面涂覆分子级自粘胶,上表面为由经过特殊处理的有一定活性二氧化硅晶体构成的金刚砂砂面保护层,并在自粘胶料中加入了活性化学物质,防水卷材产品低温柔性为-25℃无裂纹,耐热性为70 ℃无滑移、流淌、滴落,抗穿刺强度≥550 N,钉杆撕裂强度≥300 N,无处理与后浇混凝土剥离强度≥1.7N/mm,具有良好的耐久性和耐腐蚀性;防水卷材产品不透水性为0.3 MPa、120 min不透水,-0.7%≤尺寸变化率≤ 0.7%,可做到与建筑物等寿命,适合沉降变形较大和振动频率较高的地下建筑防水工程.
Preparation of emery modified asphalt pre-paved waterproofing membrane
A modified asphalt waterproofing membrane used in pre-paving was prepared.High strength polyester tire was used as the matrix,and the maximum tensile force was not lower than 20 N/mm,and the elongation was not lower than 50%;the membrane was coated with molecular level self-adhesive adhesive from double sides,and the upper surface was an emery protection layer composed of silica crystals with a certain degree of activation after special treatment,and active chemicals were added to the self-adhesive adhesive materials.The waterproofing membrane product had the low-temperature flexibility of no cracking at-25 ℃,and the heat resistance performance of no slipping,flowing and dripping at 70 ℃.The puncture strength was not lower than 550 N,the nail shank tear strength was not lower than 300 N,and the peeling strength of the untreated and post-poured concrete was not lower than 1.7 N/mm,which showed good durability and corrosion resistance.The waterproofing membrane product had the impermeability of waterproofing for 0.3 MPa,120 min,and the dimensional change rate was between-0.7%and 0.7%,which could achieve the same life as the building,and was suitable for the underground building waterproof project with large settlement deformation and high vibration frequency.
