摘要
为掌握偏二甲肼化验时周围环境中偏二甲肼浓度,指导人员开展有效防护、增进职业健康,在化验室对神舟16号任务用偏二甲肼进行质量化验时,利用专业仪器对颗粒物测定、密度测定等化验过程中实验台,实验室内、外走廊等不同点位、不同时段空气中偏二甲肼浓度进行监测并记录.结果表明,偏二甲肼化验过程中因毒物挥发导致工作台、实验室内空气中偏二甲肼浓度超出国家规定作业场所最高允许浓度,且浓度与化验操作时长、暴露量呈正比.因此,推进剂化验室须建立健康-安全-环境管理体系,加强基础建设,不断创新、改进化验方法,化验时采取相应防护,建立健康档案,增进人员职业健康.
Abstract
In order to grasp the concentration of unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine in the surrounding environment during the unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine test,and to guide the personnel to carry out effective protection and promote occupational health,the professional instruments were used to monitor and record the concentration of unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine in the air at different points and time intervals on the experimental bench,in the laboratory and in the corridors outside the laboratory during the test process of particulate matter determination,density determination,etc.for the quality test of unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine for Shenzhou 16 mission.The results showed that due to the volatilization of the toxicant during the test process of unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine,the concentration of unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine in the air of the workbench and laboratory exceeded the maximum permissible concentration in the workplace according to national regulations,and the concentration was directly proportional to the operation time of the test and the amount of exposure.Therefore,the propellant laboratory must establish a health-safety-environment management system,strengthen the infrastructure,continuously innovate and improve test method,take corresponding protection during the test,and establish a health record to improve the occupational health of personnel.
