压装PBX用新型有机硅中性聚合物键合剂的合成及应用

以丙烯腈、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷为聚合单体,通过自由基溶液聚合反应制备了一系列压装高聚物黏结炸药(PBX)用新型有机硅中性聚合物键合剂(LBA-315).通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、元素分析、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等确定了产品的结构.分子动力学模拟研究表明,LBA-315键合剂的效果优于传统的中性聚合物键合剂(NPBA)和硅烷偶联剂γ-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550).X射线光电子能谱(XPS)测试结果表明,LBA-315键合剂对1,3,5-三氨基-2,4,6-三硝基苯(TATB)具有较好的包覆效果.初步应用研究表明,LBA-315键合剂应用于高聚物黏结炸药配方中,使炸药药柱常温抗拉强度和最大延伸率分别提高了 89.3%和88.2%.
Synthesis and application of novel organo-silicone neutral polymeric bonding agent for pressed PBX
Using acrylonitrile,methyl methacrylate,hydroxyethyl acrylate,y-methacryloxypropyltrimet hoxysilane as polymerization monomers,a series of novel organo-silicone neutral polymeric bonding agents(LBA-315)for pressed polymer bonded explosive(PBX)were prepared by free radical solution polymerization reaction.The structure of the products was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectrum,nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum(1H-NMR),elemental analysis,inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICP-OES),gel permeation chromatography(GPC)and so on.The molecular dynamics simulation studies showed that the effect of LBA-315 bonding agent was superior to those of traditional neutral polymeric bonding agent(NPBA)and silane coupling agent y-aminopropyl triethoxysilane(KH550).The X ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)testing results showed that LBA-315 bonding agent had good coating effect on l,3,5-triamino-2,4,6-trinitrobenzene(TATB).The preliminary application studies showed that when the LBA-315 bonding agent was used in the polymer bonded explosive formulations,the ambient temperature tensile strength and the maximum elongation of the explosive grains were improved by 89.3%and 88.2%,respectively.
