摘要

选择适宜的长链聚醚多元醇,通过一步法制备了全水发泡柔性聚氨酯硬泡,应用于预制直埋保温复合塑料管.柔性聚氨酯硬泡的泡沫力学性能和导热系数均可满足GB/T 29047-2021《高密度聚乙烯外护管硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料预制直埋保温管及管件》的要求.

Abstract

By selecting a suitable long-chain polyether polyol,all-water-blown flexible polyurethane rigid foam was prepared by one-step method and applied to prefabricated directly buried insulating composite plastic pipes.The mechanical performance and thermal conductivity coefficient of the flexible polyurethane rigid foam could meet the requirements of GB/T 29047-2021 Prefabricated directly buried insulating pipes and fittings with polyurethane foamed-plastics and high density polyethylene casting pipes.
