Study on synthesis of amino-terminated polyether D400
The heterogeneous nickel-based catalyst was used to catalyze the reaction of polyether polyol H400 with ammonia to produce amino-terminated polyether D400.The reaction was carried out in a fixed bed reactor, and the influence of reaction temperature, reaction pressure, space velocity and molar ratio of ammonia and polyol on the conversion of polyether polyol and the selectivity of primary amine was investigated. The experimental results showed that the conversion of polyether polyol was up to 99.5%,and the selectivity of primary amine was up to 98.1%at a temperature of 210 ℃,a pressure of 6.0 MPa,a space velocity of 0.5 h-1 and a molar ratio of ammonia and polyol of 30∶1.
