摘要

以现有批产配方产气药药片压制过程的成型特性为研究对象,分别研究了压片机工作压力、模具直径和压片机转速等对产气药密度的影响,运用响应面法建立了 3个变量与产气药密度之间的关系,并建立了数学回归方程,得出了 3个变量对产气药密度影响的显著性顺序.

Abstract

Taking the molding characteristics of gas generating agent tablets of existing batch production formulations during the press process as the research object,the effects of the working pressure of the tablet press,the diameter of the mould and the rotating speed of the tablet press,etc.on the density of gas generating agent were investigated respectively.The relationship between the three variables and the density of gas generating agent was established by using the response surface method,and the mathematical regression equation was also established.The significance order for the effects of the three variables on the density of gas generating agent was obtained.
