摘要

以2-巯基苯并噻唑(促进剂M)、二环己胺为原料,乙醇为溶剂,次氯酸钠为氧化剂合成了N,N-二环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺(DCBS),探索了乙醇质量分数、原料配比、反应温度、反应时间对产品质量和收率的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件:n(M)∶n(二环己胺)∶n(次氯酸钠)=1.00∶0.83∶2.25,次氯酸钠质量浓度为178 g/L,反应温度为55 ℃,反应时间为2h,中试结果表明产品质量满足HG/T 4140-2010要求,收率稳定在86%以上.

Abstract

N,N-dicyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfonamide(DCBS)was synthesized by using 2-mercaptobenzothiazole(accelerator M)and dicyclohexylamine as raw materials,ethanol as solvent,and sodium hypochlorite as oxidizer.The effects of ethanol mass fraction,raw material ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time on product quality and yield were explored.The optimal process conditions were confirmed as follows:n(M)∶n(dicyclohexylamine)∶n(sodium hypochlorite)=1.00∶0.83∶2.25,the mass concentration of sodium hypochlorite was 178 g/L,the reaction temperature was 55 ℃,and the reaction time was 2 h.The pilot test results showed that the product quality met the requirements of HG/T 4140-2010,and the yield was stabilized at more than 86%.
