以烷基糖苷为起始剂,环氧丙烷、环氧乙烷为聚合单体,双金属氰化络合物(DMC)为催化剂,采用两步法合成了一种可降解、破泡和抑泡能力强的聚醚型消泡剂.该产品官能度为4,数均相对分子质量900~3 500,可降解程度92.3%,消泡率98.8%.
Synthesis and research of alkyl glycoside defoamer
Using the alkyl glycoside as initiator,propylene oxide and ethylene oxide as polymeric monomers,and double metal cyanide complex(DMC)as catalyst,a kind of polyether type defoamer with degradability,strong foam breaking and foam inhibiting ability was synthesized by using two-step method.The functionality of this product is 4,number average relative molecular mass is 900~3 500,degradable degree is 92.3%,defoaming rate is 98.8%.
