Further Discussion on the Author of"Zhang Huai Deep Stele"Also on the Production of Manuscripts
The"Zhang Huai Deep Stele"serves as a valuable source for studying the early history of the Gui Yi Ar-my.The original stone is now lost,but the Dunhuang manuscript P.2762+S.6973+S.3329+S.6161B+S.11564+S.6161A preserves this inscription.This article confirms that Wu Zhen is the author of"Zhang Huai Shen Bei,"written in the second year of Zhonghe(882).The poem on the back of the manuscript was composed by Zhang Qiu between 864 and 910,and it is noted that Zhang Qiu was also responsible for copying this manuscript.
