基于CNKI-CiteSpace探讨大蒜素在医学领域中的应用现状与趋势

目的:对大蒜素在医学领域中的研究现状、热点和趋势进行可视化分析,为后续相关研究提供参考.方法:系统检索中国知网数据库关于大蒜素在医学领域相关研究文献,基于CiteSpace 6.1.R6软件运用文献计量学方法对发文量、发文期刊、作者、关键词等进行可视化分析.结果:共纳入有效文献333篇,发文量随年份变化波动较大,《中国中西医结合杂志》是发文量最多的期刊,史载祥教授团队就大蒜素对心血管疾病的中西医结合治疗开展了大量研究.关键词共现和聚类分析显示,大蒜素在医学领域的研究主要集中在慢病防治和抗菌2个方面,大蒜素可有效抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭、转移并增加其凋亡.目前大蒜素的研究热点主要聚焦于抗炎、抗氧化、抗癌的机制研究.结论:大蒜素在医学领域的研究仍处于活跃的发展阶段,各团队间的合作交流有待加强.大蒜素的抗炎、抗氧化、抗癌及抑菌活性的相关基础研究证据翔实,随着其作用机制的逐步揭示,大蒜素的临床应用将更值得期待.
Exploring the Current Status and Trend of Allicin Application in Medicine Based on CNKI-CiteSpace
Objective:To visualize and analyze the current research status,hotspots,and trends of allicin in the med-ical field,and to provide a reference for subsequent related research.Methods:This study systematically searched the Chi-na Knowledge Network database for allicin-related medical research literature and employed bibliometric methods based on CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software to visualize and analyze the number of publications,journals,authors,keywords,and other aspects.Results:A total of 333 valid literature were included,with the number of publications varying annually.The Chi-nese Journal of Integrated Medicine and Western Medicine was the journal with the highest number of publications,and Professor Zaixiang Shi's team conducted extensive research on the use of allicin in combination with Western medicine for cardiovascular diseases.Keyword co-occurrence and clustering analysis revealed that medical research on allicin primari-ly focuses on two aspects:chronic disease control and antibacterial properties.Allicin has been shown to effectively inhibit tumor cell invasion,metastasis,and promote apoptosis.Current research hotspots for allicin center around the study of its anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,and anticancer mechanisms.Conclusion:Research on allicin in the medical field is ac-tively evolving,and there is a need for enhanced collaboration and communication among various research teams.The evi-dence for the anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anticancer,and antibacterial activities of allicin is substantial,and as its mechanism of action becomes clearer,the clinical application of allicin holds great promise.
