多序岩黄芪种子破除休眠及种子引发研究

为破除多序岩黄芪种子的休眠,提高种子的发芽率,采用研磨、H2O2、酸、碱处理进行种子硬实的破除,并进行了种子的引发处理.结果表明:多序岩黄芪种子为高硬实种子,用浓硫酸处理9min效果较好,使硬实率下降为87%,发芽率达24.8%.用190mg/L的GA3 +15%PEG组合进行种子引发,种子的发芽率高达62.20%,发芽势达44.30%,发芽时间比对照提前1d,种用价值和整齐度均可大幅度提高.建议在生产中,将种子用浓硫酸处理9min,再用190mg/L的GA3 + 15%PEG组合进行种子引发,以提高出苗率.
Study on Breaking Dormancy and Seed Initiation of Astragalus Hedysarum polybotrys Seeds
In order to break the dormancy of Astragalus membranaceus seeds and enhance their germination rate,an experiment was conducted using grinding,H2O2,acid,and alkali treatments to remove hard seeds and initiate germina-tion.The results indicated that Astragalus membranaceus seeds are characterized by high hardness.The most effective method for breaking seed dormancy was treatment with concentrated sulfuric acid for 9 minutes.A combination of 190 mg/L GA3 and 15%PEG for seed initiation yielded a germination rate of 62.20%,a germination potential of 44.30%,and an earlier germination time by 1 day compared to the control.This treatment significantly improved seed value and uniformity.
