摘要
文章构建了包含数字基础设施建设、产业发展水平、数字创新力三个维度的数字经济评价指标体系,并通过熵值法对甘肃省2013～2021年的数字经济发展水平进行了综合评价.结果表明,甘肃省数字经济发展水平较低,但近年来,发展指数呈缓步上升趋势,其中产业数字化发展速度最为明显.经耦合协调分析发现,甘肃省六个一级指标之间有较强的相互作用,同时,其耦合协调性也由极度失调发展为优质协调.基于以上分析,从数字基础设施建设、数字产业化、数字化创新等三个方面提出了甘肃省数字经济优化对策,从而促进甘肃省数字经济高质量发展.
Abstract
This paper constructs a digital economy evaluation index system that encompasses digital infrastructure construction,industrial development level,and digital innovation ability.It evaluates the development level of the digital economy in Gansu Province from 2013 to 2021 using entropy calculation and the visualization of the digital economy devel-opment index trend.The results indicate that the digital economy in Gansu Province has a relatively low development lev-el,but with the continuous growth of the internet,the development index of the digital economy in Gansu Province has shown a slow upward trend,with the most significant growth in industrial digital development.Coupling coordination analy-sis reveals that there is a strong interaction among the six first-order indicators in Gansu Province,and the coupling coordi-nation has evolved from extreme dissonance to high-quality coordination.Overall,Gansu Province has a promising future in the development of the digital economy.Continued suggestions and ideas for the development of the digital economy in Gansu province will undoubtedly contribute to its further enhancement.
