《龙筋凤髓判》句意疏解商辨

摘要
张鷟《龙筋凤髓判》是迄今为止传世最早的一部官定判例,由蒋宗许等五人合作的《龙筋凤髓判笺注》一书,于2013年由法律出版社出版.该书系国家社科基金后期资助项目,本应对张鷟其人其作乃至对中国古代法律史、古代文学史的研究大有裨益,但由于多种原因,其在句意疏解方面仍有些许疏误,兹将阅读过程中所发现的讹误之处加以整理,并以按语形式为之纠谬,以期补苴阙漏,供学者参考.
Abstract
Zhang Zhuo's"Judgment on Dragon Tendons and Phoenix Pith"is the earliest official case handed down so far.The"Commentary on the Judgment on Dragon Tendons and Phoenix Pith,"co-authored by five people including Jiang Zongxu,was published by the Law Press in 2013.This book,a late-funded project of the National Social Science Fund,should greatly benefit the study of Zhang Zhuo's works,ancient Chinese legal history,and an-cient literary history.However,due to various reasons,there are still many mistakes in the paraphrase in this book.This study aims to identify and correct these errors through notes,filling gaps and omissions for scholars to reference.
