摘要
乡土情怀激励公费师范生坚守乡村、融入乡村和奉献乡村教育,是乡村教育持续发展的关键所在,因此,公费师范生乡土情怀的培育具有重要价值.其培养路径可从师资培养源头入手,优化选拔机制;完善职前课程体系,激发和唤醒乡土情怀;加强"三习"实践教学,加强奉献乡村教育的责任感和使命感;多渠道培育乡土情怀,实施正面正向引领.只有通过这些措施,才能培养出一批有追求、有担当、有情怀的优秀师范生,为乡村教育的振兴和发展贡献力量.
Abstract
Cultivating a strong attachment to local culture among government-funded normal school students can in-spire them to stay in rural areas,integrate into the local community,and dedicate themselves to rural education.This is a crucial factor for the sustainable development of rural education.Therefore,cultivating this attachment is of great value.The pathway for cultivating this attachment can start from teacher training by optimizing the selection mechanism,improv-ing the pre-service curriculum system to awaken and inspire a strong attachment to local culture,strengthening practical teaching to enhance the sense of responsibility and mission to serve rural education,and cultivating a positive influence through multiple channels.These measures can help cultivate a group of outstanding normal school students with aspira-tions,responsibility,and attachment to rural education,contributing to the revitalization and development of rural educa-tion.
