自传体小说在阅读疗法实践中的应用研究——以《你当像鸟飞往你的山》为例

摘要
阅读疗法对于提升个体心理健康水平的有效性值得肯定.但阅读疗法实践操作研究相对薄弱,在目前阅读疗法研究领域呈现理论与实践一热一冷的状态.本文以《你当像鸟飞往你的山》这部近年流行范围广、获得众多好评的自传体小说为例,基于自传体小说认可度高、受众面广的特点,提出此部作品的阅读疗法设计方案,将阅读疗法实施落到实处,以求在阅读疗法的实践服务中找到更为有效的推广模式.
Abstract
Bibliotherapy combines reading and health to help readers alleviate negative emotions and prevent psy-chological problems.Autobiographical fiction,written from the protagonist's perspective of their own life experiences,is particularly suitable for use in bibliotherapy due to its characteristics.Firstly,the authenticity of autobiographical novels allows readers to empathize with the protagonist's experiences,leading to better resonance.Secondly,the artistic tech-niques and expressive skills in these novels can enhance readers'interest,which is crucial for effective bibliotherapy.Us-ing the autobiographical novel"Educated"as an example,this paper explores the effective application of autobiographi-cal novels in bibliotherapy practice.
