地方本科院校混合式教学模式的实施效果与提升策略研究

摘要
为研究西部地方本科院校线上线下混合教学模式的应用现状、实施效果,文章选取甘肃省一所地方本科院校中参与混合式教学的560名大学生进行了问卷调查,通过调查分析发现:(1)地方本科院校混合教学模式的整体得分处于中等偏上水平,其中平台完善性得分最高,其次是教学内容衔接性和组织管理科学性,学生学习自主性和实施效果显著性得分最低;(2)混合教学模式的实施效果与平台完善性、组织科学性、内容衔接性和学习自主性依次具有较强的正相关;(3)混合教学模式中平台完善性、内容衔接性、组织科学性和学习自主性依次对教学效果具有显著的影响和决定作用,这对有效提升混合式教学模式的实施效果具有实践指导意义.基于此,从平台建设、教学内容设计、教学组织管理和学生学习指导等方面提出了提升地方本科院校线上线下混合教学模式实施效果的建议.
Abstract
This study examines the application status and implementation effects of the online and offline mixed teaching mode in lo-cal undergraduate colleges in western China.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 560 college students who participated in the mixed teaching mode at a local undergraduate college in Gansu Province.The investigation revealed the following:(1)The overall score of the mixed teaching mode in local undergraduate colleges is above average,with the highest scores in platform perfection,followed by cohe-sion of teaching content and scientific organization and management.The scores for students'learning autonomy and implementation effec-tiveness are the lowest.(2)The implementation effect of the mixed teaching mode is strongly positively correlated with platform perfection,scientific organization,content cohesion,and learning autonomy.(3)In the mixed teaching mode,the platform's perfection,content cohe-sion,organizational scientificity,and learning autonomy significantly influence and play a decisive role in teaching effectiveness.These find-ings have practical implications for effectively improving the implementation effect of the mixed teaching mode.
