摘要
继发性高血压是继发于身体某些其他疾病而导致的血压升高,如能控制原发病,有效去除病因后,血压可以得到有效控制,甚至恢复正常,因此,筛查继发性高血压并针对病因进行治疗,对于高血压患者的预后非常重要.本文对临床常见继发性高血压的筛查及治疗进行综述,以期临床医生加强对继发性高血压的关注和认识,了解临床常见继发性高血压的筛查及诊治要点.
Abstract
Secondary hypertension is an increase in blood pressure caused by other underlying diseases.If the primary condition is controlled and the underlying cause is effectively treated,blood pressure can be managed and may even return to normal.Screening and treating secondary hypertension is crucial for the prognosis of hypertensive patients.This article reviews the screening and treatment of common forms of secondary hypertension to enhance cli-nicians'awareness and understanding of the condition,as well as to highlight the key points in its screening,diag-nosis,and treatment.
