摘要
课程思政是高校大学生教育的新理念和新模式,思政元素融入大学专业课、通识课是落实"立德树人"根本任务的重要举措.《酶与发酵工程》作为生物技术类专业本科生的综合性专业必修课,内容涵盖生物技术"四大工程"之一半,应用涉及工业农业、医药食品、环保能源等多个领域,基础性和实践性均较强.文章简述课程思政的重要意义,尝试挖掘《酶与发酵工程》课程可融入的思政素养、科学精神、大国工匠精神等元素,探讨课程思政融入课程建设和教学改革的实践路径,旨在寓价值观引导于知识传授和能力培养,落实立德树人根本任务,提高学生思想道德水平和科学素养,实现知识传授和价值引领同频共振,将育才与育人统一起来,推进新时代课程思政的全面发展.
Abstract
Course ideological and political education is a new concept and model for educating college students.The integra-tion of ideological and political elements into both university professional courses and general education courses is a vital measure for implementing the fundamental task of"cultivating morality and nurturing talents."Enzymes and Fermentation Engineering is a comprehensive compulsory course for undergraduate students majoring in biotechnology,encompassing half of the"four major engineering"areas in biotechnology.Its applications span multiple fields,including industrial agriculture,medicine,food pro-duction,environmental protection,and energy,demonstrating both a solid foundation and practical relevance.This article brief-ly discusses the importance of ideological and political education within the curriculum and explores elements that can be integrat-ed into the"Enzymes and Fermentation Engineering"course,such as ideological and political literacy,scientific spirit,and na-tional craftsmanship.It also examines practical pathways for integrating ideological and political education into curriculum con-struction and teaching reform.The goal is to weave values into knowledge transmission and ability cultivation,implement the fun-damental task of cultivating morality,enhance students'ideological and moral development along with their scientific literacy,achieve resonance between knowledge transmission and value guidance,unify talent cultivation with education,and promote the comprehensive development of ideological and political education in the new era.
