摘要
目的:调查河西地区临床护理带教老师教学能力现状,分析其影响因素,根据影响因素提出促进教学能力提升的建议.方法:采用现状调查法,以河西地区三甲医院临床带教老师作为研究对象,发放调查问卷,使用SPSS 25.0对收集的数据进行统计分析,以P<0.05有统计学意义.结果:河西地区临床护理带教老师教学能力总得分为80.35±19.62,在四个纬度中,得分从低到高依次是教学基本素质、教学内容及技巧、教学风格及方法、教学态度;单因素分析结果显示,有统计学意义的因素有(P<0.05)年度带教人数、年度参会学习次数、科室年度临床教学检查次数、年度外出进修次数、工作年限、带教年限、年龄、组织出科考试、外出授课、参与科研立项、担任过大赛指导、对职业发展充满信心、月收入;多元线性回归结果显示,临床护理带教老师教学能力的独立影响因素为科室临床教学检查次数、组织出科考试、外出授课、对职业发展充满信心、月收入.结论:河西地区临床护理带教老师的教学能力处于中等偏上水平,医院管理者可通过科学合理安排临床教学检查,合理安排带教老师外出授课,制定出科考试制度,增强带教老师职业认同和自我效能感来进一步提升教学能力.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the current status of teaching abilities among clinical nursing instructors in the Hexi region,analyze the influencing factors,and propose strategies to enhance teaching abilities based on these factors.Method:A current situation survey method was employed,with clinical teaching instructors from tertiary hospitals in the Hexi area as the research subjects.Survey questionnaires were distributed,and the collected data were statistically ana-lyzed using SPSS software,with statistical significance set at P<0.05.Result:The total score for the teaching abilities of clinical nursing instructors in the Hexi region was 80.35±19.62.The scores across four dimensions,ranked from low to high,were as follows:basic teaching quality,teaching content and methods,teaching style and methods,and teaching at-titude.Univariate analysis revealed several statistically significant factors(P<0.05),including the number of annual men-tors,the number of annual conferences and learning sessions,the number of annual clinical teaching examinations in the department,the number of annual external training sessions,years of work experience,teaching experience,age,organi-zation of external exams,teaching outside,participation in scientific research projects,experience in competition guid-ance,confidence in career development,and monthly income.Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that the inde-pendent influencing factors on the teaching abilities of clinical nursing instructors included the number of clinical teaching examinations in the department,organization of entrance exams,teaching outside,confidence in career development,and monthly income.Conclusion:The teaching abilities of clinical nursing instructors in the Hexi region are above aver-age.Hospital managers can further enhance these abilities by scientifically and reasonably arranging clinical teaching ex-aminations,facilitating opportunities for instructors to give lectures externally,establishing examination systems,and strengthening instructors'professional identity and self-efficacy.
