The newly discovered Ji Jin Epitaph from the Northern Wei Dynasty remains unidentified, with significant doubts surrounding its content, suggesting it may be a fabricated epitaph. Its possible source of forgery is the Epitaph of Han Nuo's True Wife Wang Yi Bian, another Northern Wei artifact suspected to be counterfeit.Additionally, the excavation reports for the Yuwen Hongjian Tombstone and Yuwen Jifu Tombstone from the Northern Zhou Dynasty contain numerous writing errors,as well as chunking and punctuation issues, which contradict the original inscriptions. This paper aims to distinguish authentic materials from forgeries to prevent counterfeits from misleading future academic research.Furthermore, correcting transcription and punc-tuation errors will enhance the academic and research value of these newly unearthed materials.
