Conflict and Fusion of Flow Teachers'School Cultural Adaptation for"County Managed School Hired"
Teachers who experience cross-school mobility under the"county-managed school hired"system often face chal-lenges in adapting to the new school culture. These conflicts primarily include issues related to the teaching environment, sense of belonging, and interpersonal relationships. This paper analyzes the factors contributing to these conflicts, such as the"no school registration"management system, which reduces the sense of belonging among mobile teachers, differences in school man-agement cultures that affect adaptation, and the impact of campus culture on these teachers.Based on these findings, strategies are proposed for integrating school cultures for mobile teachers. These strategies include enhancing the sense of belonging,creat-ing a harmonious and democratic working environment, and strengthening the construction of campus culture.
