摘要

陪读行为的选择在一定程度上能满足子代接受优质教育资源的成长需要,同时陪读家庭也不可避免的面临如下问题:空间阻隔下的夫妻关系疏离;阶层阻隔下的家庭成员社会适应困难;有序秩序下的"孝道衰落";代沟裂痕下的亲子关系冲突.社会工作介入农村陪读家庭需从以下几方面进行机制创新:建立以政府职能部门为主导的上下联动工作思路;加强基于乡土的社会工作人员队伍建设;采取政府购买的多元参与运作模式;探索精准服务的特殊困难陪读家庭个案工作模式.

Abstract

The selection of accompanying reading behaviors can,to some extent,meet children's needs for high-quality ed-ucational resources.However,accompanying reading families often face challenges such as the alienation of marital relationships due to spatial barriers,difficulties in social adaptation caused by class divisions,the"decline of filial piety"in family dynamics,and parent-child conflicts arising from generational gaps.Social work intervention in rural families should focus on innovation in several key areas:establishing a government-led upper and lower linkage system,strengthening the local-based social staff team,adopting a multi-participation operational model with government purchases,and exploring a casework approach for pro-viding precise services.
