摘要

利用熔体直接纺的工艺路线,在冷却方面采用环吹风冷却,成功研制了83.3 dtex/36 f五叶异形聚酯全牵伸丝。结果表明,喷丝孔的单叶长宽比6/1、圆形排布等方式,纺丝温度结合组件压力选择在292℃,选择油轮上油方式,第一热辊温度在130℃的工艺效果较好,产品质量稳定,异形效果好。

Abstract

Process route by using melt direct spinning and ring blowing cooling in the cooling , successfully developed a 83. 3 dtex / 36 f five leaves profiled polyester FDY. The results show that leaf length to width ratio of spinneret hole 6/1, circular arrangement way, spinning temperature according to the component selection pressure at a temperature of 292 ℃, selecting tanker oiling method, the first hot roll temperature 130℃in the process is good effect, stable product quality, special effect is good.
