摘要
采用熔体直接纺的工艺路线,成功研制了11 dtex/6 f超细涤纶低弹丝。结果表明,熔体输送温度控制在274~277℃,在较高的组件压力(185 bar)下,纺丝温度控制在291~294℃,冷却风温选择在20℃,集束上油位置进行了适当的上移;假捻车速控制在650 m/min,拉伸倍数1.65~1.75,采用聚氨酯摩擦盘1-4-1的组合,选择超细纤维专用的瓷件及适当提高上油率,加工的11 dtex/6 f涤纶超细纤维,产品生产稳定,匀染率高,产品质量优异。
Abstract
Using the technology of melt direct spinning line, has successfully developed 11dtex superfine DTY. The results show that the melt conveying temperature control at ( 274 ~ 277℃) , at higher assembly pressure (185 bar), spinning temperature control at (291~294℃), cooling air temperature selection at 20℃, bundling oiling position properly up;false twist speed control in 650m/min, stretching ratio (1. 65~1. 75), using the combination of polyurethane friction disc 1-4-1, select microfiber special porcelain pieces and an appropriate increase in oil rate. Processing 11dtex/6f polyester superfine fiber had stable production , high dyeing rate and high-quality products.
