聚乙醇酸(PGA)热加工过程中,因冷却速率过快而存在内应力,需要进行退火处理,本文研究了退火温度对PGA性能的影响.采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和热台偏光显微镜(POM)研究了 PGA的冷结晶性及结晶结构,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、DSC和万能材料试验机研究了不同退火温度对PGA的结晶性、热性能及力学性能的影响.实验结果表明,PGA在熔融冷却过程中先形成针状晶核,并逐渐成长为球晶,且随着降温速率的增加,冷结晶温度降低,结晶时长变短.随退火温度的升高,PGA的松弛峰值温度升高,松弛焓增大,应变减小,弹性模量增大,结晶度和应力先增大后减小.
Effect of annealing process on the properties of PGA
PGA has internal stress in the melt-cooling process,and needs to be annealed,because the cooling rate is too fast.The effect of annealing temperature on the properties of PGA was studied.The crystallization properties and structure of PGA were investigated by DSC and POM.The effects of different annealing temperatures on the crystallization,thermal properties and mechanical properties of PGA were investigated by XRD,DSC and universal material testing machine.The experimental results show that PGA first forms acicular crystal nuclei,and then grows into spherulite gradually during the melt-cooling process.With the increase of cooling rate,the cold crystallization temperature and the crystallization time decrease.With the increase of annealing temperature,the relaxation temperature and the relaxation enthalpy of PGA increase,the strain decreases,and the elastic modulus increases,while the crystallinity and the maximum stress increase first and then decrease.
