电致化学发光碳点的生物传感应用研究进展

电致化学发光(Electrochemiluminescence,ECL)技术,具有可控性强、背景信号低、灵敏度高的优势,为生物标志物的痕量传感提供强有力的支持.然而,传统的电致化学发光体通常存在生物相容性差、价格昂贵和难以制备等缺陷.碳点(Carbon Dots,CDs),具有生物相容性好、原料便宜、制备简单等优点,在电致化学发光生物传感器中引起广泛兴趣.基于此,本文综述了碳点的合成方法、碳点的表面掺杂/改性,并进一步探讨了碳点作为发光体、共反应试剂、共反应促进剂及其猝灭剂在电致化学发光生物传感器构建方面的应用.更为重要的是,本文综述了碳点在细菌检测、核酸检测、蛋白质检测及其细胞检测方面的应用,为碳点在分析检测方面的研究提供参考.
Advances in biosensing applications of electrochemiluminescence carbon dots
Electrochemiluminescence(ECL),with the advantages of controllability,low background signal,and high sensitivity,provides a powerful technique for the trace sensing of biomarkers.However,traditional ECL emitters usually suffer from poor biocompatibility,high price and difficulty in preparation.Carbon Dots(CDs),with the merits of excellent biocompatibility,inexpensive of raw material,and easy-to-prepare,have attracted wide interest in electrochemiluminescent biosensors.In this paper,we summarize the synthesis methods of carbon dots,surface doping/modification of carbon dots,and further discuss their applications of carbon dots as luminophore,coreactant,coreaction accelerator and quencher in developing of biosensing.More importantly,the applications of carbon dots in bacterial detection,nucleic acid detection,protein detection,and cell detection were reviewed,which provides a promising reference for the research of carbon dots in biological detection.
