摘要

Pickering乳液主要是由固体颗粒代替表面活性剂,稳定不相溶的两相液体.Pickering乳液中固体颗粒的两亲性可有效阻隔液滴间聚集,并因其用量少和安全性高,广泛应用于医药和食品等领域.固体颗粒主要分为无机颗粒、天然聚合物颗粒和药物纳米晶颗粒,其中天然聚合物颗粒因其低毒性、高稳定性被广泛用于运载药物.本文汇总了近年来以天然聚合物颗粒稳定的Pickering乳液在药物递送方面应用的研究,为Pickering乳液在药学领域的推广和应用提供了理论参考.

Abstract

Pickering emulsions are dispersed systems containing at least two immiscible liquid phases,which are stabilized by solid particles instead of traditional surfactants.Solid particles in Pickering emulsions can be adsorbed irreversibly at immiscible biphasic interfaces,and widely used in pharmaceutical and food industries due to their low dosage and high safety.Solid particles can be divided into inorganic particles,natural biopolymer particles and drug nanocrystalline particles,and among which natural polymer particles are widely used for drug delivery because of low toxicity and high stability.Therefore,the emulsions stabilized by natural biopolymer particles in drug delivery was summarized to provide reference for the application and development of biopolymer particle-stabilized Pickering emulsions in pharmacy.
