抗生素治疗是细菌感染最常见的治疗方法,而细菌耐药性的出现更是为解决细菌感染提升了难度.开发了一种具有化学治疗/光热治疗/化学动力学效应的Cu2+掺杂的负载环丙沙星的聚多巴胺(PDA)纳米颗粒(Cu-PDA@CIP),用于协同抗菌治疗.将Cu2+掺杂到PDA骨架中,大幅度提高了Cu2+的负载效率,使得Cu-PDA@CIP表现出较高的过氧化物酶样活性.在近红外灯的照射下,PDA的光热效应联合环丙沙星以及CDT效应对革兰氏阴性菌和革兰氏阳性菌的杀菌率都达到了99.9%,进一步展现出了抗生素/光热治疗/化学动力学治疗联合治疗的优势.
Preparation and antibacterial properties of Cu-doped polydopamine nanoparticles
Antibiotic is the most common treatment for bacterial infections,and the emergence of bacterial resistance has made it more difficult to solve bacterial infections.A Cu2+doped ciprofloxacin-loaded polydopamine(PDA)nanoplatform with chemotherapy/photothermal/chemo-dynamics therapy(Cu-PDA@CIP)was developed for synergistic antibacterial therapy.The loading efficiency of Cu2+is greatly improved by doping Cu2+into the PDA skeleton,and Cu-PDA@CIP exhibits high peroxisase-like activity.Under the irradiation of near infrared(NIR),the combination of photothermal,antibiotic and chemo-dynamics on Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria can reached 99.9%,further demonstrating the advantages of the combination of antibiotic/photothermal therapy/chemo-dynamics therapy.
