高效荧光金属纳米簇在重金属离子检测方面的研究进展

重金属离子具有环境持久性、生物累积性和生物毒性高等特点,对人类的生命安全造成巨大威胁.因此,开发灵敏度高、选择性强、快速便捷的重金属离子检测方法具有重要意义.发光金属纳米簇(Metal nanoclusters,MNCs)因其生物相容性好、尺寸小易于标记、光稳定性强和毒性低等优点,在重金属离子检测方面受到广泛关注.金属纳米簇传感的灵敏度与其荧光性能密切相关.深刻理解金属纳米簇荧光的增强机制,是提升基于金属纳米簇对重金属离子传感性能的基石.基于此,本文总结归纳了金属纳米簇荧光性能的增强机制并介绍了金属纳米簇在重金属离子检测方面的应用及其发展前景,为高效金属纳米簇的开发和应用提供参考.
Advance in high-efficient fluorescent metal nanoclusters for the detection of heavy metal ions
Heavy metal ions with the characteristics of environmental persistence,bioaccumulation and biotoxicity,pose a severe threat to human life and safety.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop highly sensitive,selective,rapid and convenient methods for the detection of heavy metal ions.Luminescent metal nanoclusters(metal nanoclusters,MNCs)have received extensive attention for the detection of heavy metal ions due to their biocompatibility,small size for easy labeling,high photostability and low toxicity.The sensitivity of metal nanocluster-based sensing is closely related to the fluorescence properties of MNCs,thus a deep understanding of the enhancement mechanism of metal nanocluster fluorescence is the cornerstone for improving the performance of metal nanoclusters-based heavy metal ions sensing.Based on this,this paper summarizes the fluorescence enhanced mechanism for the metal nanoclusters and introduces the application of metal nanoclusters for the detection of heavy metal ions and their future development,which provides a reference for the development and application of high-efficient metal nanoclusters.
